Once on the Bunge Open Positions Careers Portal, you will need to sign in to apply to job openings you select based on your title and location preferences. In order to create an account, you will need to provide:

  • Information such as email address, password, first and last names, and country of residence.

As regards the job application itself, the information we collect on or through our Website includes:

  • Information that you provide as an applicant by applying to the Bunge careers portal. This includes information contained in your CV/resume, name, address, phone number, age, date of birth, nationality, marital and family status, veteran status, educational and professional credentials, previous employment information, social security  number or natural persons register, and reference contacts. With regard to US jobs only, the information that you provide as an applicant will contain special categories of Personal Data, such as racial or ethnic origin, and criminal convictions. Special categories of Personal Data will only be processed where specific express consent is obtained.

  • To the HR department and Hiring Managers of any member of our group, our subsidiaries and affiliates to address and follow up with your job applications.

 

V. CROSS-BORDER TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA

The data that we collect from you will be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It will also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or other entities acting as data processors processing data on behalf of us. This includes staff engaged in, among other things, the fulfillment of your request or order and the provision of support services.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Data from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure:
