Mr. Schroder became CEO, Bunge Limited, in June 2013, and serves on the company's board as a Director. From 2010 to 2013 he was CEO, Bunge North America, leading Bunge’s business operations in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Since joining Bunge in 2000, he has served in a variety of agribusiness leadership roles at the company in the United States and Europe. Prior to joining Bunge, he worked for more than 15 years at Continental Grain and Cargill. He received a B.A. in Economics from Connecticut College.

Alberto Weisser
Executive Chairman, Bunge Limited
Mr. Weisser is Executive Chairman of Bunge Limited. He served as CEO and Chairman of the company from 1999 to June 2013. Prior to that, Mr. Weisser held the position of Chief Financial Officer. He joined Bunge in 1993. Previously, he worked for the BASF Group in various finance-related positions for 15 years. Mr. Weisser is also a member of the board of directors of PepsiCo, a member of the North American Agribusiness Advisory Board of Rabobank and a board member of the Council of the Americas. He is a former director of International Paper Company. Mr. Weisser has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo, Brazil, and attended INSEAD’s Management Development Program.

Todd Bastean, CEO, Bunge North America
Mr. Bastean became CEO, Bunge North America, in June 2013. He started his career at Bunge in 1994 and became CFO of Bunge North America in 2010. Before assuming that role, he served as vice president and general manager of the operating company's milling and biofuels business units, and as vice president and chief administrative officer of its grain and milling business units. He also held positions in strategic planning and auditing. Prior to joining Bunge he worked for KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Bastean holds a B.S. in Accounting from Western Illinois University.

Drew Burke
Mr. Burke is Chief Financial Officer of Bunge Limited. He also serves as Global Operational Excellence Officer. Previously, he was co-CEO of Bunge Global Agribusiness and Bunge Product Lines. He joined the company as Managing Director, Soy Ingredients and New Business Development in January 2002. He previously served as U.S. CEO of Degussa, a German chemical company that he joined in 1983. Mr. Burke held a variety of finance and marketing positions at Degussa and also served as the Executive Vice President of its U.S. Chemical Group. Previously, he worked for Beecham Pharmaceuticals and Price Waterhouse & Company. He is a graduate of Villanova University and earned an M.B.A. from Manhattan College.

Gordon Hardie
Managing Director, Food & Ingredients, Bunge Limited
As Managing Director, Mr. Hardie provides strategic leadership to Bunge’s global Food & Ingredients segment and oversees the development of the company’s edible oil and milling businesses. Mr. Hardie has many years of experience in the food and beverage industries. He led the Fresh Baking Division of Goodman Fielder Ltd, the leading producer of bakery brands in Australia and New Zealand, and has held leadership roles at companies in a variety of international markets, including as Group General Manager - Marketing at Southcorp Wines; Vice President, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa at Fosters Group International; and Regional Director, Americas & Asia Pacific at Pernod Ricard. He holds a B.A. from the University College Cork and an M.B.A. from University College, Dublin Smurfit Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Humanes has served as CEO of Bunge Argentina since February 2011 and previously served as interim CEO of Bunge Argentina since July 2010. He started his career at the company in 2000 as the Operations Director of Bunge Argentina. Prior to joining Bunge, he served in industrial roles at Unilever and Dow Chemical. He holds an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering from the Technology University of Rosario, a postgraduate degree in Process Management Administration from Rice University and an M.B.A. from IDEA in Argentina.

Tommy Jensen
CEO, Bunge Europe, Middle East & Africa
Mr. Jensen was appointed CEO of Bunge EMEA in May 2012. He joined Bunge in 2003 as Managing Director, Poland, and became Vice-President, Northern and Central Europe, in 2005. In 2011, he was named Bunge EMEA’s Chief Operating Officer. Previously, he held leadership positions at Animex S.A. in Poland, a subsidiary of Smithfield Foods, Continental Grain in Poland and Germany, and Jyske Bank A/S in Denmark. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Aarhus School of Business at Aarhus University, Denmark, and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Mr. Jimenez is General Counsel, Secretary and Managing Director, Government Affairs of Bunge Limited. He joined the company in July 2012. Previously, Mr. Jimenez was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Xylem Inc., the S&P 500 global water technology company spun off from ITT Corporation in 2011. He joined ITT in 2009 as Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to ITT, he served for nearly three years as General Counsel of the U.S. Department of the Navy in the Bush and Obama administrations. He has held a variety of other positions in government, including Deputy General Counsel for the U.S. Department of Defense and Chief of Staff at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, as well as Deputy Chief of Staff and Acting General Counsel to Governor Jeb Bush of Florida. Mr. Jimenez previously practiced law as a partner at Steel Hector and Davis LLP (now Squire Sanders LLP) in Miami, Florida. He holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a J.D. from Yale Law School, an M.A. from the U.S. Naval War College and a B.S. from the University of Miami.

Pierre Mauger
Chief Development and Performance Management Officer, Bunge Limited
Mr. Mauger joined Bunge in 2013. Previously he served as a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he led the firm’s agriculture service line in Europe, the Middle East and Africa from 2009 to 2013, overseeing client relationships with leading global companies in the commodity processing and trading, agrochemicals and fertilizer sectors, as well as with governments. Prior to that, he served as a partner in the firm’s consumer goods practice. He joined McKinsey as an associate in 2000. Mr. Mauger previously worked as an auditor at Nestlé and KPMG. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics and Business Finance from Brunel University in the United Kingdom and an M.B.A. from INSEAD.

Mr. Padilla joined Bunge in 1991 and is Managing Director of Bunge Global Agribusiness and CEO of Bunge Product Lines. Previously, he was CEO of Bunge Argentina. He has over 30 years experience in the oilseed processing and grain handling industries in Argentina, beginning his career with La Plata Cereal in 1977. Mr. Padilla served as President of the Argentine National Oilseed Crushers Association for 16 years and President of the Argentine Grain Exporters Association for eight years. He is currently a Director of the Buenos Aires Cereal Exchange and the Rosario Futures Exchange. Mr. Padilla is a graduate of the Universidad de Buenos Aires.

Mr. Parente is President and CEO of Bunge Brazil. Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer of Grupo RBS, a leading Brazilian multimedia company that owns TV stations, newspapers and radio stations. Prior to joining Grupo RBS he served in a variety of posts in the public sector, including Minister of Planning and Deputy Minister of Finance of Brazil. Mr. Parente also served as a consultant to the International Monetary Fund and worked at the Brazilian Central Bank and Banco do Brasil. He is a former Chairman of the Board of Petrobras and Banco do Brasil. He holds a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Brasília, and is a fellow at the George Washington University Center of Latin American Studies.

Mr. Pearcy became Managing Director of Sugar & Bioenergy for Bunge Limited in 2009. Previously, he was Vice President, South East Europe, with responsibility for Bunge’s operations in Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey, and before that was Vice President, Eastern Europe, with responsibility for Russia and Ukraine. He has also held the positions of Chief Development Officer and Director, Strategic Planning for Bunge Limited, and worked for the company in various positions in Brazil and Italy. Before joining Bunge, he worked for management consultants McKinsey & Company in London. Born on a farm in York, in the north of England, Mr. Pearcy holds a B.A. in Modern History and Economics from Oxford University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Teixeira joined Bunge Limited as Chief Personnel Officer in 2008. Prior to Bunge, he served as served as director of human resources for Latin America at Dow Chemical and Dow Agrosciences in Brazil, a position he held since 2001. Before Dow, Mr. Teixeira served as director of human resources and administration for Union Carbide's operations in Latin America and South Africa, starting in 1995. Previously, he had worked at Citibank for 21 years, where he ultimately served as human resources vice president for the company's Brazilian operations. Mr. Teixeira earned an undergraduate degree in Business Communication and Publicity from Faculdade Integrada Alcantara Machado (FMU/FIAM), a Master of Business Administration from Faculdade Tancredo Neves and an Executive M.B.A. from PDG/EXEC in Brazil.

Mr. White has served as CEO of Bunge Asia since its formation in 2006. He joined Bunge Limited as Regional General Manager Asia in March 2003. Over a previous 20-year career with Bristol Myers Squibb, Mr. White served in various capacities, including President of Mead Johnson Nutritionals Worldwide, President of Mead Johnson Nutritionals and Bristol Myers Consumer Products Asia, and Vice President of Finance and Strategy. He is a graduate of Yale University.
