Reporting Concerns

We encourage our employees, shareholders, customers, suppliers and anyone else involved with the company to voice any concerns they may have regarding general conduct, accounting, internal controls, auditing or other matters.
Bunge's 24-hour toll-free ethics and compliance hotline (1-888-691-0773) and web site (www.bunge.com/helpline) can be used to submit concerns or complaints anonymously and confidentially. This reporting system is administered by an independent third-party organization, and any information provided goes directly to Bunge Limited's Legal and Internal Audit Departments. Bunge will not tolerate retaliation in any form against employees who report concerns in good faith.
