ARGENTINA
Bunge Argentina supports community institutions that provide education, health care and social services to children and adults, including those with disabilities and other special needs. The company also administers educational programs in school systems neighboring its offices, plants and facilities. Employee volunteers are the backbone of these efforts.

Children and education are the focus of many of Bunge Argentina's community initiatives. Through "Comprometidos Con Una Niñez Feliz" (Commitment to a Happy Childhood), employees in Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay make positive contributions to the lives of children through mentoring, tutoring and other activities. Bunge also provides direct support to schools neighboring its offices and facilities in Santa Fe, Córdoba and Buenos Aires, Argentina, and co-sponsors a rural educational program that reaches 750 schools throughout the country.
Bunge participates in "Cadena Productiva – Elabones de Educación" (Production Chain – Links to Education), which teaches children about the various industries along the Paraná River in Santa Fe, Argentina. The company also has opened the doors of every plant, port and elevator in Argentina to students of all ages and educational levels who are interested in learning more about how our business works.
Bunge Argentina is also a contributor to the Bunge y Born Foundation, a not-for-profit organization based in Argentina whose mission is to promote scientific investigation through awards, scholarships and grants, and sponsor activities aimed at benefiting health, education and culture in society at large.
